When you feel like quitting think about why you started.

What ever you Do, Do NOT give up.

If it doesn't challenge you, it doesn't change you.  Join a Challenge group.  At your local gym, online or through Facebook.  A Challenge Group is a place filled with motivation, inspiration, love, knowledge, and all the support needed to reach goals you only dreamed of.

Commitment

Commit to being fit.  Make yourself a schedule/plan when you will be working out at home or at the gym.  Write it out and post it where you can see it every day.

Accountability

Hold yourself accountable. Have a workout friend you may meet at the gym or set the same fitness goal together.  Post pictures on your Facebook Challenge group of you at the gym working out.

Determination

Be determined to reach your goals.  Treat your gym class or work out at home like any other important appointment that you have to make and cannot miss.

Please check out the Youtube video below.  It's a about an autistic runner name Tommy Des Brisay.  Tommy finished 9th overall at the Disney Wine and Dine Half Marathon on Nov 9, 2013. He wore his medal to the park and watched the Celebrate a Dream Come True Parade in Magic Kingdom where the characters all hugged him. When I think of what "running on magic" means I think of this magical true story.
